I cannot begin to express how incredibly busy I am in the next few months. So busy that after meeting number 4 today, I left work with a splitting migraine only to sit in traffic for 15 minutes longer than usual just so I can get home and rest! Continue reading

Introducing CJ and E Corner Begins for March 2016
Two things have occurred in the last 6 months: more movies are coming to the U.S and 2 of those theaters are within driving distances to both my home and work. Last year, I was able to go see several movies on the big screen like Veteran (2015), Himalayas (2015), and The Priests (2015)! Continue reading

2014 in review
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.
Here's an excerpt:
The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 32,000 times in 2014. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 12 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

It was actually a decent year. I remember when I first switched from Blogger to WordPress. I’m hoping to do more posts that are largely ignored by others. So, you will continue NOT to see me talking about a lot of the dramas (and movies) that others will (you’ll see some). I definitely want to thank the 800+ followers! I appreciate it and hope to bring more as the new year begins! See more on Chinese and Thai lakorn dramas for 2015. Keep the comments coming!!

Dramas big on video-streaming site
Dramas big on video-streaming site.
I’ve always been a lover of Asian movies as well as mini-series from all over the world. The next logical step in my revolution of TV watching made sense to be Asian dramas. I haven’t given up on US television by no means but what I watch is very specific genres: fantasy and crime; that is it. Never been a fan of reality television!! However, with 1 million subscribers, there is still a big hole when it comes to Japanese dramas. It’s time for the Japanese networks to get onboard!!
Jack Glesson aka King Joffrey Calls It Quits?!!

‘Game of Thrones’ Star Jack Gleeson to Quit Acting After Series
Jack Gleeson, King Joffery Baratheon on HBO’s Game of Thrones has told the Irish Independent that he plans to retire from acting now that he is no longer on the show. Glesson saying he prefers a simple life over the glitz of Hollywood. He also pointed out that “The lifestyle that comes with being an actor in a successful TV show isn’t something I gravitate towards.” Surprise, surprise, he even has said he has never watched the show! Joffrey’s evilness was even too much for him (YA THINK?)

K-Pop Conquers the Pop World!?

K-Pop collaboration newest trend in pop world
Source: Hancinema
This is for all of you KPop fans out there. I know absolutely nothing about the music genre but slowly I’m interacting with more and more people that are big fans. I’m quite sure you have already noticed the trend but as more and more artists begin this collaborations (I’d STILL love to see K.Will and Brian McKnight in concert together), I expect we will see more and more in the future to come.
